Display RRP and Sale Price

Is there a way to configure and display the RRP (recommended retail price) and sale price so they they both show when viewing a product?

You can do it by using the discount system. (Available in the commercial versions)
You create a discount on a product, you will have the old price which will be strikethrough, and you price.
If you edit the view (HikaShop > Display > Views > Product -> show.php) you can add some text next to the old price, like : "Recommended retail price" and "Our price" next to the current price.

I have applied a discount to a product but there is no strike through on the old price. It just shows the discounted price and a -$xxx price. I'm only a novice user and don't understand how to configure php code. Will you be changing the way you configure this in the future to make it more user friendly?

When I change the setting to show discounted price option of the Display tab to display discount price I get the following error:

Your checkout workflow is empty.
Checkout workflow invalid. The modification is ignored. See the documentation for more information on how to configure that option
No valid weight unit entered. The system put back the default units.
No valid dimension unit entered. The system put back the default units.
Successfully Saved

I've checked the workflow and it showing the default: "login_address_shipping_payment_confirm_coupon_cart_status_fields,end". I've tried looking for the valid weight and dimensions setting but can't find them.

I tried the same thing in the listings menus and modules it reset all the configurations and now no products are displayed in the shopping cart as it has reset the setting "Show image" and "Show description" and set the display price to "no". AND... I now can't seem to switch on any of these setting on again. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i hope the end user buyer ll not have to follow this recommandation and this event l loccur only during dev !!.
Why not delete cookies and cache in browser instead use another browser !!
