Hi Nobrainer,

To do this go in HiksShop > System > Shipping method and edit or create a shipping method.

On the right side, set the "Minimum price" to $10.

Hi Xavier, thanks for the reply. I guess you misunderstood what I mean. I want to offer shipping to any single item that priced below $10. For example, customer buy 10 items, and each item varies from $1 to $10, he check out with a price of $xx.00, regardless of this amount , he still qualify for a free shipping. At the same time, if he get any single item that price over $10 each, he still need to pay shipping for that single item. Do you get what I want?

So you don't want that the shipping applies to products with a price below $10. Then, you could not set the weight in these products but only set it for the other products. That way, the system will consider the items without weight as digital goods and won't charge shipping for them.

If I set zero weight to the product, it won't work because I want international buyer to pay shipping and also USPS shipping module will generate a error that the quote did not go through when the item is zero weight, thanks you Nicolas for your reply.

And also, I try to play with the minimun price, max price, min weigh and max weight and min volume and max volume in Hikashop manual shipping module, all these restriction will give me an error message that either the order is too low, the weight is too high or the volume is too big for all possible shipping available, that means if a product did not meet the Hikashop manual shipping requirement, even though it meets the UPS or USPS requirement to ship, it still give an error message and bypass the rest of the available shipping carrier.

Ah yes, you need to give all the information when you ask a question :) Indeed that method won't work if you still want to charge for international shipping for these products. In that case, maybe you could use the volume restrictions in order to handle that group of products ?

Regarding your second message: that's not correct. These errors are generated by each shipping plugin independently. If you don't have any shipping method found, it means that both the UPS plugin and the manual shipping plugin didn't find any valid shipping method for the package(s).

Thanks you for your reply. If I use volume restriction or weight restriction, there will be an error message say that either the volume is too big or the weight is too low and no shipping is available.

Then it means that none of the shipping methods that you created match the weight/volume of your products.

Yes, Hikashop manual shipping module won't work on my case, kind of frustrated. Hopefully next version will take care of this special need!

What I mean is that if you get these errors, it's because of the way you created your shipping methods. Not because of a bug. Unfortunately, I can't tell you what is the problem without knowing what you did. I don't know what shipping methods you created, nor the options you used for each one, nor the weight/dimensions/quantity of the products you have in your cart so it's impossible to say precisely why you have the message.
