not automatically creating associated prod module

hi there
I am using Hikashop business successfully but am now trying to create a category listing however the system is not creating an associated product module when i click to do so automatically - when clicked it closes the category listing page and returns me to the menu without creating the module - any ideas?

Hi,

Please try to follow the tutorial here step by step:

You should not have to click on that link. Just displaying the listing on the front end should create automatically the module.
