How to hide shopping cart on checkout page

I'd like to know how I can hide the shopping cart module on the checkout page?

As you can see in following screenshot, it is put on the right side.
But I don't want that.

Who can help me?

Hi. This is nog realy what I mean. My checkout page is not realy a menu item. It is implemented in my shop.
So, how can I make sure that the cart is not shown while checking out?
