Some CSS styling questions

I am referring a post I have already made but I feel it may be a dead post now.

I am not very very strong on CSS but I can follow directions well. Could someone please tell me where I can find the CSS for the desired edits in the post above? I searched for them to make the attribute changes but did not find them in the CSS.
