Change colors in "My Cart" ??

Except for the prices which you can change as explained here:

The rest uses the colors set for texts in your template.

Nevertheless, you can add additional CSS code to change them. You will have to use firebug to see what class to use and test your modifications before applying them either in your template's CSS file or in the hikashop front end CSS file via the Display tab of the configuration.
