Akeeba Subscription and Hikashop HOW TO HELP

Hi,
I have few products that needs selling individually as well as through different subscription membership. How do I configure this.
followed this guide www.hikashop.com/en/support/documentatio...a-subscriptions.html and this www.akeebabackup.com/documentation/akeeba-subscriptions.html but not sure how the system handles membership.

e.g I have product called

Music X, Music Y, Subs1 and Subs2.
music X and Y are assigned to subs1, if user buys Music X will he automatically get access to music Y without paying for it??. if so how can I avoid this since user has not bought the subscription package but only bought a product.
I am a bit confuses your help shall be appreciated.

I actually have the same issue.
How can I handle subscription on hikashop? Where customers will subscription for 3months, 6months or 12month to obtain a book every month. This book is a subcription that comes every month.

Thank you. I am having an issue where customers purchase an eBook and they are unable to download the eBook. There is no link sent to their email to download, there no action to download the ebook purchased. How can my customers get the ebook after a successful transaction.

They should get the link in the email, do you have edited the emails ?
Else they can reach the downloads via the user control panel hikashop menu, so you have to create this kind of menu.

Which version of HikaShop do you have ? If it's 2.3.1 or 2.3.2 you should have a download area. Else the link is in the order.

I checked everything, I was not able to figure out how customers can download their eBooks after a successful payment.

Please, what can i do to resolve this?
