Cursor:pointer not showing on buttons

I cannot work out why the hand icon (cursor:pointer) is not showing when i hover over my add to cart button or ask a question about the product button?

what should i check in the css?

You need to add that CSS on your website:

input {
cursor: pointer !important;
}
