All shoppers to request a quote

I want to set up hikashop so all shoppers can sleect items and then request a quote on their shopping cart.
I want our staff to be able to see the orders and the pricing so they can respond via email wiht the pricing to the customer.
This sound like a waste of time, but we often have to customise our response and also it will prevent our competitors from seeing our pricing.

Just rename the collect on delivery payment plugin to "request a quote" and maybe change one or two translations related to that plugin in the translation file:
www.hikashop.com/en/download/languages.html#modify
That should enable you to do what you want.
