Hi

I enabled plugin waiting list, and put yes in waiting list in hikashop configuration.

My products have more Characteristics and I change stock in different models, but I don't get to recieve any mail.

Where can I see users of the waiting list?

thanks.

I do not think there is a backend option to view the list of subscribers in the current version. You can see the list via SQL on the table "[JOOMLA PREFIX]_hikashop_waitlist".

This is linked to the product by product_id and the product_item_id is the menu which the customer used to get to the product page.

Once you enable the waiting list plugin, you need to configure your cron task:
www.hikashop.com/en/support/documentatio...ashop-cron-task.html

As esotechie said, there is no interface to see that list of users. You can see it like he explained, via phpmyadmin.

The waitlist system has to check periodically to see if the stock of the products is back in in order to send the notifications.
The cron system allows to trigger periodically processes like this one. That's why it is necessary.

If i choose in the System>configuration>display>Activate Waitlist feature on a per product basis, even if i set to enable the wating list button in the product page, the button does not appear in the product.
Only if i set to display for all the products.

If you set "Activate Waitlist feature on a per product basis", you need to edit each product and turn on the waitlist option for each one.

Yes, i do it, but the button does not appear even if i turn on the option for each one.
It's because the product have variants?

The product's variants need to have a stock of 0. Because if there is stock, the add to cart button is displayed instead.

Hi Migueis

Is your variant out of stock because the stock is zero '0' or not set and showing as 'unlimited' when you edit them?

Could you try to edit the file "show" of the view "product" for your front end template via the menu Display->Views and change the line:
if (hikashop_level(1) && ($contact == 2 || ($contact == 1 && !empty ($this->element->product_contact)))) {

to:
if (hikashop_level(1) && ($contact == 2 || ($contact == 1 && !empty ($this->element->main->product_contact)))) {

Yes, it's supposed to work :)

Can you check that you're editing it for your correct front end template and not another one ?

I double check everything and the problem persist.

I have the Characteristics selection method to radio button, the Activate Waitlist feature on a per product basis, the products configured to show wait list button and it's not showing.
