Shipping costs dont show in cart total

Question 1:

Hi, i have a small problem.

Shipping costs dont show in cart total (during checkout). I disabled tax and only want to show the shipping costs. Yesterday it worked fine, but today it doesnt (disappeard after i setup the local pickup option, see nr4 in image below).

This is what i got setup in the manual shipping plugin:

Anyone know how to fix this?


Question 2:
I know the business version of hikashop does have a calendar option (to pick delivery time/date), but i dont have the budget for that. I want to know if its possible (free version) to add an extra checkout page where customers can type in their date/time in a simple text box themselves? Im no scripter. A solution please, thank you?
