Creating an automatic order follow up message.

Hello,

I would like to create an automatic order follow up email message to be dispatched 31 days after the initial order was made. Containing...

"Hi <customers name>

Just a quick message to see what you thought of the product you ordered last month. Did it meet your expecations or is there anything we could do better etc.
Please let us know.

From <company name>"


How do you go about setting this up?

You will need to use AcyMailing Enterprise's auto filters system:

Create one filter with "HikaShop user", "bought", "at least one product" with the action "add an e-mail in the queue", select a newsletter you previously created, and the time {time}+2678400
which is the current time plus 31 days in seconds.
Finally, save that filter with the trigger on order confirmation, make sure that the cron system is configured in AcyMailing, and it should work automatically for new order.
