Hi,
I have a question about new user registration.

When a new user fills his cart before registration I noticed that at the end of the registration process the cart empties automatically.

In my case the registration is confirmed by email. When you click on the confirmation link received by email a new window (or tab depending from browser settings) opens and you can continue with the shopping but the cart has no more items in it.

Is there any way to prevent cart reset after new user registration?

Hi,

That should not be the case if the user synchronization plugin of HikaShop is published, which is the case by default. Please check that you didn't unpublish it via the joomla plugins manager.

If that doesn't come from that, in some rare cases, it can comes from the session handler of the configuration of joomla, so you can try to switch that option.

the synchronization plugin of HikaShop was UNpublished!
Now everything works.
