Refresh Cart Quantity - Reorders Items

Hi,

We are facing an issue when changing the quantity of a product on the checkout page. Whenever the quantity is edited and the refresh button (or enter is pressed) is clicked, the product that the quantity was changed is moved to the end of the list. So if the basket contains more than 1 products, the product that the quantity is edited is moved at the end of the list
We want to avoid this situation, can you advice where this issue could be or if this is controlled from configuration

We are using version 1.5.5
Due to some customization we want to avoid upgrading the version at the moment
