Hi I have searched the forum, and read through www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/i...ins-listing.html#faq but i cannot find a reason why the RBS worldpay plugin will only show if logged into the shop?

I need the site to be "login free" this works with the paypal gateway but not the RBS worldpay??

I don't have payment zones configured, the currency is stanadard, the plugin is enabled and the permissions are set to public..

really stuck..

the site is, www.canadagreengrassseed.net

Any thoughts/pointers are really welcomed..

I've noticed this as well, and also need to have all payment methods displayed before customer logs in or registers.

Thanks

@Crashedash
There is no login at all on your checkout and there is no payment selection view either. Apparently, you removed them from the checkout workflow option of the configuration.

If you don't get payment methods displayed before login and not after, it means that you have either restrictions on ACLs for the payment methods, or that you set a specific access in the plugin via the plugin manager, or that you restricted them to shipping methods and that these shipping methods are not displaying. All these points and others are listed in the FAQ page to which you gave a link:
www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/i...ins-listing.html#faq

If you still can't figure out what is wrong, please post a screenshot of the options of the payment method (without your password/ID of course) and we should be able to tell you more precisely what is the problem.

I have the same problem with worldpay plugin. I also dont want membership on site. I have set up the shipping fees and coutries I wish to send to. For me the Worldpay plugin works on UK transactions when the address has been established by the customer and all is well. have even had a UK order!
the plugin does not work when i create a fake address for France and United States orders. Could it be that i simply cant process outside UK orders with worlpay?

You can do like that:
www.hikashop.com/en/forum/4-how-to/66901...up-before-login.html

For the fact that you don't see it for addresses outside UK, it's probably that you selected UK in the zone restriction option of the plugin's options screen.
Remove it and that should do it.

ok

Just spoken to worldpay & streamline. At the moment we can only trade in GB£ but accept cards worldwide. To trade in different currencies but get paid in GB£ we have to apply for this additional facility.

is that not the problem?

in the settings for the wordpay plugin it is set to Zone Uited Kingdom. what should it be set to if i want to accept payment from UK, USA and selected European countries????

ok i just removed the zone United kingdom from the zone area of the plugin and worldpay works in UK address but not again on france or america. is it due to what I wrote in the first paragraph of this post?
thamks

thanks

No, the plugin should work regardless where your address is.

If you don't see it all the time, it means that you configured some settings of the plugin that you should have left empty.
The zone option was definitely a problem. If you have restricted the plugin on currencies and/or shipping methods, that could also be the problem.

But all that, included the zone restriction, is explained here in the FAQ:
www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/i...ins-listing.html#faq

If you can't find the setting causing the issue, please provide a screenshot of your plugin's options.
