Installation - Error 500

Hi there

When trying to install HikaShop to my joomla site i get the following error.

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.


Problem is i am the server administrator. I cant seem to find out the problem all the permissions seem ok i have checked the .htaccess file and even disabled it but i can not get it to work.

any ideas?
