Use same file for variants?

I am selling an ebook package with ebook and a guided meditation mp3 file. The ebooks are in different formats, however, the mp3 file is the same. Currently, I have uploaded the same guided meditation mp3 5 times for the 5 different ebook variants. Is there a way that I can have them all share the same guided meditation mp3 so that I can reduce my storage on my server?

First, if you upload the file only for the main product, it should apply to all the variants.

If you want to replace the files of your variants, you should go on the products listing, click on the export button and you will get a CSV file that you can open with openoffice calc or Excel. There, change the name of the files of the variants so that they use the same one and import them.
Then, in the folder media/com_hikashop/upload, you can delete the other ones.
