Show a Joomla module on the Shopping Cart Page

Hi i feel like such a n00b asking this one LOL it's probably something super simple

anyway - I want to display a Joomla Module (Custom HTML - return Policy text) only on the Shopping Cart page - when I go to the module I can show the module on the Shopping Cart Menu item (which works fine) but when I go into the shopping cart by adding a product or from the Shopping Cart module (like you would put in a sidebar) then my Joomla module (return policy) does not display (because technically it's not that menu item?)
