Customise User Control Panel

How do I change the display of the User Control Panel plus all associated pages available from the control panel menu?
Is there a CSS file somewhere?

You can edit the CSS of HikaShop via the interface in the Display tab of the configuration.

Also, you can also modify the view files themselves via the menu Display->Views
