status not updated during checkout?

Hi,

I have Hikashop business ed. and during checkout a customer has to select the shippingmethod and the payment method.

After selecting the chosen method(s) the "status" field is not updated. It is updated when the customer clicks the button to proceed.
That is nog handy nor intuitive.

Is there a way to update the "status" at the moment the customer clicks the radiobutton of his choice?
