Cannot list all the zones in configuration

I want to display all the zones, as I want to unpublish the majority and then add only the ones for UK.
I should be able to 'list all' then 'submit' at the bottom of the page, but it keeps defaulting back to 100.

Hello,

I think that you should do it with an SQL request and set all the zone_published of your hikashop_zone table to 0 (where the zone_id is different than the zone_id of UK).

Hi Mohamed,

Thanks for your suggestion, I will give it a try.
However I guess I should have posted this in 'Bug Report' as the feature of selecting 'all' should work in this instance.

Hi,

There are more than 4000 zones. If you try to display them all, your page processing will crash.
Because of that, we don't allow you to do that. So it's not a bug. We actually can't change the dropdown itself to remove the "all" choice as it is displayed by joomla.

You actually don't need to unpublish all of them.
Just use the filter on the right to display only all the countries, select them all and unpublish them.

If the country is unpublished, even if its states are published it won't display...

Thanks Nicolas for your explanation, which makes sense when you think about it.

Perhaps a suggestion would be to grey-out the 'all' drop-down in the instance to stop it being selected, as clearly there is code built in to stop the 'all' selection crashing the system.

Yes, that would be great, but as I said, the dropdown is display by joomla and there is no such option. We would have to 'hack' a bit around to do that.
