Alter the look of the Cart Module

I wish to change the look of my cart at the left-hand side of my web pages.
I assume I do this in CSS but where do I access the correct file?

I think that you can do it if you :

- Edit the Front-end CSS ("Hikashop->System->Configuration->Display")

- Edit the Cart Module ("Hikashop->Display->Content modules->Cart Module")
