Hi Nicolas,

I have a horizontal menu (suckerfish) with 2 sub-levels.

I created some simple Html links to categorize the sub-cat under the main cat description - 1st level. It was showing the links.

But, when come to 2nd levels sub category, I created some html links as usual to show up 3rd level cat. It don't show up?

The setting are all the same as in main cat.

Here is my first level - main cat
This is the 2nd level - sub cat

It should show up three 3rd level cats.

I have checked the "Show Description" box, however, it don't show up!

Or, do you have any recommendation - such as Tabber or other extension can be used to create auto sub cat link if the sub-cat was created?

Thank you!

Hi,

Go in the menu Display->Content menus, edit your menu with the id 64 and turn on the "show description" option. That should make it display the description of the skirts category.

Instead of creating products listing menus and add links between them, you could try to create one category listing menu. It will display the categories and then the products below them. You should be able to have a display somewhat similar if you configure the menu and its associated module properly.

yeah, it's works :D

Yah, was forget about "category" type of listing, but personally don't like that way tried before because it show a barcode label image, and needs to do some css styling.

I prefer a simply category list like my existing one, just a row of text links show the category title.

If possible, appreciate you show the css styling to change the category list style and the location to do it?

As my previous experience, editing template too much causing problem for my shopping cart. Hope your guide to the correct way to edit them.

Thank you very much!

You get the barcode for the categories because you're using the default layout which shows the images. You can switch to a "list" layout in the hikashop options of your category listing menu and get something similar.
