Automatic Email when Order is Automatic Cancelled

Hai Nicolas,
I have installed cron and automatic order cancellation plugin. It has successfully running.
The question, is there any simple way to send automatic email to customer when the order is automatic cancelled?

Hi,

There is a way but it's not simple.
You need to use AcyMailing enterprise and configure a auto filter so that it triggers when orders are cancelled and send an email.

(you can look at the virtuemart plugin documentation, it's the same as the one for HikaShop plugin)
