Received First Order But Cancelled ?

Hi Nicolas,

Just received a first order on my new site, but found the order was in "cancelled" status, customer contacted me. The order was using Paypal. I never have this problem in old site, and even was tested on my new site before this order through my own Paypal account.

I have some order status created, not sure these effected, please see screenshot:

My Checkout setting was as usual, but just let you have a browse:

Hi,

Please make sure that the IPs list is empty in the PayPal plugin options.
Also, you should have received an email as administrator telling you why the payment notification was rejected.
Could you tell us what it says ?

The customer placed order twice, so I just received 2 emails as usually like a successful order. The email is "A new order has been created on your website" in the title and contents as a successful order.

I didn't received any further email and notification from Paypal. I have just logged into Paypal to double check - no payment received.

Perhaps, when I tested before for the first order on this new store, I need to go to paypal account to accept the payment (usually it is auto). Paypal reply me say this is normal for first order because I have make changes to my account (from old store to new store).

Anyway, I have cleared IPs in the box, and requested my customer (a returning customer :D ) to place order again. Will wait for her because now was 1.40am in my country :D

Hi Nicolas,

I have cleared the IPs, and the customer has successfully placed order. However, I need to go to Paypal to click on "capture fund" button, in order to complete the order.

Do you know about this issue?

Hi,

You need to change the option "automatic capture" in your PayPal account:

Thanks for your help!

I think it is in Paypal - profile - my selling tools - block payment. in the first section I set "ask me", now have set to "no, accept in other currency and auto convert to SGD".

Hope this can resolve the problem.
