I figured out how to make the default currency to CAD however, I do not want CAD to display. What I would like is for it to read $1.00 and also remove the word each.
Now it reads CAD 1.00each. How do I go about removing all the extra stuff?

Also is there a way to place the title of the product above the price sot it would be something like:

book title
$1.00
Add to Cart

Your assistance ASAP would be very appreciated as I am using this for the first time as a full ecommerce option. Thank you in advance.

You can remove the "each" word via a translation override:
www.hikashop.com/en/download/languages.html#modify
For the display of the price, you can edit your currency's options via the menu System->Currencies.

If you want to change the order of display of the product name and price, you can edit the file "listing_img_title" of the view "product" of your front end template via the menu Display->Views and swap the two corresponding block of code.

Sorry this is technobabble to me. Could you explain this in plain English? Also for some reason the products listed on the home page seem to reload the page when they are clicked. I want them to be on a separate product page when clicked. It works when you go to the categoriy they are in but not when listed as a featue on the home page. Please let me know how to fix this issue.

Hi,

What did you not understand ? I always explain like that and it seems that everyone understand what I'm saying. I don't see how to explain a technological product without using any technological terms.

For your new question, please give a link to your listing so that we can see that.

Sorry what I don't want are the words each and CAD to appear. However, if I remove CAD the payment method of paypal doesn't work.

I did notice one other thing. For the Canada post module it keeps asking for warehouse. I called Canada Post and they have no idea what is being asked as they said they don't know how to integrate as they are not trained on how to integrate their sell online system into websites. So now when I add items to cart I get an error stating that there is no warehouse in my location or something of that effect. Wondering if you know a workaround? since Canada Post has no clue. Hi,

Then it means that you're not removing the CAD like you should. In the currency options, there is the format option where you can change the display of the currency to use the symbol instead of the code as explained in the documentation:
www.hikashop.com/en/support/documentatio...ncy-form.html#locale
If you remove the code from the currency, the currency won't be accepted anymore by PayPal and the PayPal plugin will disappear.

For the "each" word, as I said, you can remove it with a translation override of the word. That can be done in the Languages tab of the configuration of HikaShop as explained in the documentation link I gave you.

If there is an error regarding warehouse configuration, it means that the options of the plugin are not set properly. I can't say exactly what it is without looking at what you did. Could you post a screenshot of the options of the canada post plugin ?

Actually now the error is gone however, it doesn't give any options for shipping at checkout just now directs straight to Paypal wondering why shipping choice is now not visable even though I have placed weight info in the product page?

The Canada Post box only has room for one box type while on Canada Pot website you can set up many. I am not sure why or if i didn't turn something one why the shipping option doesn't appear in the front end upon checkout. I have attached how I set up Canada post which is how they wanted me to set it up on their end. So I copied the same thing to Joomla. Let me know if I'd done something wrong.

The box dimension settings allow you to set the maximum box size that you allow for your products.
So you don't need several ones. Just make sure that the size is big enough. What you set there at the moment is quite low and might explain why you don't see canada post on your checkout.

Also, in the warehouse area, you selected canada for the zone. So it means that it will only display the plugin methods if the user address is inside canada. You should remove that zone restriction.

Sorry to ask you for this but is there any way I can get your help in fixing this? I have tried placing every large number in there and matching it to Canada Post site I have also removed the zone but for some reason the shipping option just will not appear. Please let me know. Thank you in advance.
