Shipping Zones & Manual Shipping Method custom fie

Villa1: Delivery upto Bordeaux $25
Villa2: Delivery upto Bordeaux $25
Villa5: Delivery past Bordeaux $60
Villa6: Delivery past Bordeaux $60
Villa9: Delivery upto Bordeaux $25
Villa10: Delivery past Bordeaux $60


The Ship To's in my system need to be predefined (they are a list of local villas)

To accomplish this, I entered Villa1, Villa2, Villa3, etc into Zones/Shipping

Then I entered into manual shipping method, entered the two shipping methods
Delivery upto Bordeaux $25 and assigned all the Villas for the $25 delivery fee
Delivery past Bordeaux $60 and assigned all the Villas for the $60 delivery fee

clearly I'm doing this wrong as it is not giving me what I hoped.


Basically, is what I want is to either have the ship to address be a dropdown list of villas, or for the ship to address be the shop address for all, and then a separate custom field in order that displays a drop down box of the villas, and for the system to choose the from the two manual shipping methods of $25 or $60 depending on what villa the user selects from the custom order drop down field.

Please can you point me in the right direction.
