Show Taxes Before Shipping on Checkout Page

On the checkout page it's showing the items as follows:
- Total
- Shipping
- Taxes
- Order Total

How do I get it to show the taxes before the shipping?
- Total
- Taxes
- Shipping
- Order Total

You can edit the file "cart" of the view "checkout" via the menu Display->Views and swap the two blocks of code of the shipping and the tax display.
