As I can set certain products as offering outstanding or, to highlight them to other articles that appear on a separate module?

Hi,

You can configure and set "Related products" on the product page in the backend.

Otherwise, you can create a "featured products" zone, like in our demo website (at the bottom) :
demo.hikashop.com/

You can create a "featured" category and leave it unpublished. Then, attach it as second category to your products and then create a new products listing module with that "featured" category selected in the "associated category" option of the hikashop options of your module and the module will display the products of that category.
