[Solved]Taxe rates settings

I have set my default tax rate to switzerland and called it MwST.
Under Configuration->taxes->Tax Rules->manage rates I added MwSt. and gave it a value of: 8%

How do I get this tax rate applied to my default tax rate?

Edit: Forget it. I found out I had to set tax rate under manage tax rates first, then creat a tax rule.
