Hello!
I'm using HikaShop Business and I'm asked to make an pre-moderation. I've configured in Joomla everything I could, but I've been asked to make an additional fields. In this case, I made registration via HikaShop (activated redirect Joomla to HikaShop plugin). And here we go. User gets email that he has to activate his account by link, but when he approaches to site through that link, he get an error that their account doesn't exist. So is there any way to fix this trouble? Or at least any way to send to him information that his account has been activated?

Sounds like a permissions problem. The web server does not have the correct access rights to write to that directory.

Are you on Linux? Check that all the folders are owned by the user that your web server runs under and that the permissions are set to something like 755 - I can't remember the best practice pattern off hand - sorry.

that's not that problem. Images are moving, inspite on error. The trouble I have is connected to users. I guess, HikaShop want users to activate by link. So, take a look, please, at image "trouble3.png". It's the second part of my trouble. It's all the same. Just different POVs.

PS: BTW, as far as I remember better use 665 for this situation on folders...

PPS: Sorry for my poor English. Had no practice for a long time.

OK sorry - you're probably right about the 655 :-). I've become a little removed from that level of detail and let Akeeba deal.

I don't know what that problem is. What does the aokymehtbi word mean? Does the system send the email?

What does the aokymehtbi word mean?

em... where is it? :) I can't find it...

oops... I got that... thats documents in Russian. I switched the language on English for screenshots, but some of the vars are still in Russian

Does the system send the email?

Yes, it does. But I'm not sure that it should. Well... To activate an account an administrator has to switch it on at administrator panel. As far as I understand, HikaShop ('cause registration goes through through that system) tries to activate an account via link. But this is switched off in Joomla configuration... And that's the trouble. But it's just my guesses, I'm not shure...

There was such error with the first builds of HikaShop regarding the activation link.
Download again HikaShop on our website and update it on your website and it should work.

For the error with the file upload, set the folder media/com_hikashop/upload/safe to 777 and try again.
