Servired Plugin Problem

i have a problem with servired plugin, when it finish shopping and redirect to payment it has an error "error on sent data, contact your commerce" any help?

I don't think that the problem is coming from this payment plugin but from the way your configured it, you can check from example your servired merchant ID, of directly ask them where the problem can be coming from.

How you change the character problems? I have the same issue, my sermepa order number have 3 characters and on the sermepa information I see the minimum lenght is 4 digits.

there is a guide in hikashop in how to change numbers.
I tell you what i did:
hikasop
system
main
order numeration: EV-{id size="5"}/{date format="m/Y"}. First Two characters are the name of the company evinar EV, next one adds 5 numbers to order and las two adds month and year.
so the order will be EV-00001/09/2012
if you just want to add 5 numbers with the {id size="5"} will be enought.
