Sales per Product and Total Sell

Hello Guys, Started using HikaShop and its probably the best shoping cart component for joomla.

Anyways, i just created a site where I need to see how many of each product has been sold. also, the total ammount of sell for all products.

Currently I am using HikaShop Essential....does the business version have the per product report? or total report?

infact thats actually a very important thing for any e-commerce shop...

any help is appreciated..

I agree that this should be a basic and I think I saw a post from Nicolas that said a reporting suite is in development.

The dashboard does offer some useful configuration. And the product csv export includes some great stuff like product hit rate (how many times a products page has been viewed).

If you are at all handy with SQL and can directly access the database, it is quite simple to build the report you are after. The entity relationship diagram is published in the dev documentation.

If you're not good with SQL, then say exactly how you wish your report to look and I'm sure I or others could get you close to the report you want.

Thanks for the quick response tony.....i was hoping that the reporting would be built-in...

and im not good with sql at all...i can access it...but have no clue what to do there...


if I can get a step by step guidance to what to do to get my report, that would be really helpful.

what i need in the report is as following.

1. Total number sold of each product..(such as product 1: 50, product 2: 100..etc.)

2. Total amount ($) sold...till date..
