Collect on delivery plugin question

Hello,

There is possibility to define price for collect on delivery payment plugin, but is it possible to create different price per zone or delivery method?

For example I have COD for Austria 3.5 Euros and COD for Germany 4.00 Euros.

How hard is to custom code it or just duplicate COD plugin?

Hello,

I modified some parts of the COD plugin in order for you to use it as another COD payment method named COD2.
