How do I display options on product list page?

Hello, I've worked 8 full days with Hikashop and I really like it. But still learning my way around.
I have an urgent need to show options in a list rather than displaying the View Options button.

- I have a list of courses Module 1, Module 2, Module 3...
- Each module has a couple of options for city/date
- I would like to have 10 Modules in a list and each one with a pop up so you can select the city/date

I like how it appends the option to the name when added to cart, I will use this.
But I must view the options within the list instead of on product pages.

I'm on Hikashop Essential but will gladly upgrade to Business.
I'm also testing the Business version on a client's site and cannot figure out how to do this.
