Change address layout?

Hi. I was testing out the checkout pages of the site i'm building using hikashop and noticed that, once the address is put in, it displays in an unusual order (at least an order not suitable for the UK). For example, it currently shows the address as:

Mr Bob Smith
1 Street Road
NE46 4PQ Cramlington Tyne & Wear
United Kingdom
Telephone: 00000000000

or, more simply:

Name
Street
Postcode, City, County
Country
Telephone

However, for the UK the layout should be:

Name
Street
City
County
Postcode
Country
Telephone.

I don't trust the competence of the postal service here in the UK without the address being displayed properly so can you tell me how i can have the address display in this layout please? Thanks.
