Hi,

I'm using the business edition and having problems changing the registration section of the checkout. I've been looking through your forum and was not able to find the answers

1. I want to change the heading from "Login or create a new account" to "Login or Proceed as a Guest" When I tried to changed this, it caused my site to go blank - white page. This is what I did when I tried to change the lable: Hikashop component / configuration tab / language / clicked on file to edit / found the line I wanted to edit / pasted it to lower half for override / changed the label that was in quotes. When I saved the file, the frontend went blank. I went back to the admin page and removed the line I had added and the site would not come back. Ended up uninstalling the component and reinstalling it.

2. In the box for Registrations, I wanted to change "Registration" to "Shipping Address" - had same issue as I listed before. Wondering if I should use ftp and changed the file directly for this.

3. Post Code it under the address textbox. I need to move that below state. For Americans, it doesn't make sense to have the post code under the address.

4. How do I change the default country to United State? Even though we sell internationally, a majority of our customers live in the USA

Thank you for helping.

Hi cvandijk,

1. To change the translation you just need to edit the text between the quotes, replace:

LOGIN_OR_REGISTER_ACCOUNT="Login or create a new account"
by:
LOGIN_OR_REGISTER_ACCOUNT="Login or Proceed as a Guest"

2. Same issue.

3. Go in HikaShop > Display > Custom fields, and change the order of your custom fields.

4. You can use the geolocation plugin which detect the location of the customer and set the default country.
