Offer several options for shipping

Hi,

I'm have the business edition.

I want to be able to offer more then one option for shipping: manual and UPS. For the manual, I have it set up correct and that one shows up on the frontend. But I want to also give people the option of select USP and I want the shipping cost to be pulled from UPS website. I have both enabled and for the UPS, I've entered all the correct code, but on the frontend, it still only shows my the shipping costs I set up manually.

As it is said in the UPS documentation (that you can see by clicking on the help button):

You need to setup at least one warehouse here so that UPS will know from where you're shipping your goods.

Thank you for getting back to me. I did read the documentation, but I didn't understand that I was required to enter something in the warehouse section because it didn't indicate that it was required.

"This method include a warehouse management in order to allow you to shipping from different locations. You can also choose among the UPS services you want to use."

Also, when I read the word "warehouse" I didn't understand that mean location where the product is shipping from. Thanks for getting back to me

I just added my location as a warehouse. I double checked your documentation and I didn't see anything else I'm missing. I've double checked with UPS to make sure I have all the correct number. It's still not showing up on the front end.

Is it possible to have 2 different shopping methods? Let me know if you need access to my back end.

Hikashop can handle multiple shipping method so don't worry about it .
You may have forget to give a weight to your product. Without this information, UPS is not able to calculate a price.

It's still not showing up. I went back into the products and they do have weight attached to them. I also double checked that our user ID and shipper number is correct - which it is. But it's still not showing up. Can I PM you with our login information?

Now the shipping module is very messy and I'm not sure how to fix it. I was not able to connect UPS with my site. And now, there is a popup window asking for shipping - which is fine except when I enter the address and click on the Add button, the popup does not go away and whatever I entered isn't added. Are you able to help. I have spent the last 5 hours trying to make this part work and it's not working. Thanks.

What do you mean by messy? Could you give me a link to your website so I can check the problem?
