Changing text on Hikashop

I'd like to change the text 'Add to cart' to 'Add to basket'. Could someone point me in the right direction of what I need to change?

Also is there a file that holds all of the error messages as I'd like to tweak those too if possible.

One more question ... Will only be selling in the UK at the moment so would like to take other options out of the country file list.

You can change the translations as you want, just go in HikaShop > Configuration > Languages, and edit your language file.
Edit the text which is between the quotes. In this file you can find the "add to cart" translation and the error messages.

The zones can be edited in HikaShop > System > Zones. You can add/remove, publish/unpublish the zones as you want.
