Customize Additional Information

Using custom fields need to change Additional to Delivery.
Also, pls advise how to insert <br/> before to separate from
"You chose payment by ..."

You can add a custom field in the table "Order" and with a type of textarea.

To insert the <br />, you can edit the view "checkout / status" in HikaShop > Display > Views.
