Reports based on specific criteria

Hi,
I would like to produce a report in Business edition based on Product Category (Admin-Orders to ship -Category):
The problem: I select the Category field and it tell me Please Make a Selection from the List.
Bug? Because I did select it from the list and it shows the category selected, but I cannot move forward in the report creation.
