Hi,

We are going to use sagepay payment gateway on our site. However i have published and configured this payment method with our vendor name and password. I have also set it to test mode and set debug to yes.

When i go through the checkout process and get to the final step the site will not re-direct me to sagepay its simply going to a blank page, with no errors from the debug.

How can i fix this?

Thanks in Advanced
Sean R.

Edit:

I thought a screenshot of the settings could help.

Morning all,

Just wondered if anyone has had any luck with this, with not getting any errors i don't know where to start:

Website: www.rock-a-bye-rosie.com/

I can supply Joomla login and FTP access if needed.

Thanks

Hi,

You should not bump your messages. That will get your message back at the bottom of the queue on our end and it will take more time before you get an answer.

You don't have a blank page at the end of the checkout but the error : 500(Internal Server Error)

That error means that there is probably a problem with the saving of the order in the database.
In order to help you, we will need to know the error message which is logged in the PHP error log file of your website. That error message will give much more information on what is going on.
If you don't know where that log file is, please ask your hosting company.

Hi there,
We have just checked in our error log and this is the response:

[Tue Sep 04 14:07:45 2012] [warn] [client xxx.xxx.xx.xx] mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function mcrypt_encrypt() in /var/xxxxxx/xxxxx/xxxxxx.com/httpdocs/plugins/hikashoppayment/sagepay/sagepay.php on line 302, referer: www.rock-a-bye-rosie.com/index.php?optio...out&task=step&step=3

Can you help?

Thanks,

Hi there,
We managed to sort this.
We needed to install the additional php mcrypt_encrypt() library on to our server and it works fine now.
Many thanks for the support.

Hi,

Thank you for the feedback. We'll add a check and an error message for the next version so that the fatal error does not happen anymore.
