display "add to cart" button

Hi,

for each category product listing, i must setup manually : display "add to cart" button.
so if i have 10 categories, i must set it up 10x.

i was thinking that if:
Configuration > System > Display > Default parameters for products > Display 'Add to cart' button was set to "Yes", it will be automatically displayed as default settings, but it's not the case.

what did i do wrong ?

Hi there,

Actually it depends of your current configuration. If your modules are set to yes or no then the only solution is to change it one by one.
However, if you want to avoid this in the future, I would suggest you to set this option to "inherit" so the module will take the configuration value.
Thus you will be able to change the value in the configuration so your modules and menus will use it.
