Undefined variable: has_wrapper in /home...

In Joomla 2.5, when I enable Debug System, on the contact form page ( www.flydma.com/index.php/en-US/email-us ) this error displays where the buttons "yes" and "no" displays:

Notice: Undefined variable: has_wrapper in /home/flydma/public_html/modules/mod_vjtmegamenu/tmpl/default.php on line0

Is this related to Hikashop or Joomla only? Does it need to be fixed?

It's not related to HikaShop or joomla. It's an error in your module vjt megamenu.
You can ignore it if you don't see it normally.
