Shipping

I have a few questions.. spent a few hours searching for the answers with no avail.. please enlighten me!

I am from Canada and am selling alpaca yarn which can't be shipped to some countries.. I rarely sell outside of Canada and USA so I just want to set up shipping for these two countries.
Which brings me to question 1. Instead of the default message " shipping method not found" can I change this to something like "If you are ordering from an International country please email me to place your order"?

Also is there a way to add $1.50 for Handling charge (I'm using Manual Plugin) or should I add this to the postage price?
And lastly, when the system adds the weights is there somewhere I can input the weight of the packaging?

1. You should just edit your translation file through "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Languages->'your language file'" and change the line :

NO_SHIPPING_METHOD_FOUND="No shipping method found"

NO_SHIPPING_METHOD_FOUND="If you are ordering from an International country please email me to place your order"

I mean with the weights for shipping. For example if a package weighs
0 - 200 grams and costs X amount and 201-300 grams costs Y amount
.. I sell 200gram skeins of yarn so a 200 gram skein is going to cost me Y amount because the packaging weighs about 25 grams.

But I thought about it further and decided that I should just set it up like this. (0 - 225 = X and 226 - 325 = Y) .. should have thought more before asking!
