unable to filter results in alphabetical order

Hi there,

I have the business edition of Hikashop and have some filters for products on this webpage:

www.wslr.co.uk/index.php/resources-catalogue

I can't see a way of ordering the products by product name.

I've gone into configuration / display / Default parameters for products and have set to ordering field - product name which I would have thought would do it.

Could you point me in the right direction please

Hi Ian,

I think that you'll have to use filter through "Hikashop->Display->Filters" and set the "apply on" option to product_name.

That's a great help - it must be the only place I didn't look!!

I've solved it by adding a sort ascending/decending filter button.

It doesn't default to alpabetical order but that's no problem. hanks for the help,
