Add a % based fee to paypal payments

Hi there,

As you know PayPal vendor costs operate on a % of the sale price of the goods/services youre selling.
Is it possible to charge a % fee (ie 1.5%) to those people using the PayPal payment method? I know I can add a set charge of 2 EUR for example, but that unfairly penalizes people who only spend 5 EUR in my shop.

I think that you can do it by using the "Percentage" option of the paypal payment method.
