There is no image browser like in joomla for now in HikaShop.
Either upload them via the interface, or upload them in the upload folder of hikashop via ftp and link them to the products with a CSV import as explained in the documentation related to the import.

The product import using CSV allows you to create new products, but can also update products information. So that's the documentation you're looking for.

It's really easy to write:
product_code;images
my_product;my_image.png
...etc...

that will attach the image called "my_image.png" with the product code "my_product"
