Problem with display of articles prices.

PLS Help.

I have a category TEST, then a subcategory test and then the articles.
When you go to the articles first you get a short piece of the article when you click on the article you get the whole.

On the short display of the article i see the discount (korting) of 12,5 %
I also see the price which says:
included tax, but it is without tax.

I also see there the button add to cart (plaats in winkelwagen ) i would like to have there a read more button is it possible or no button att all so the customer has to click on that entry to go to the whole article.. And would it be possible to get the euro sign before the price.
When i go the the whole article there is see.
original price for instande 100,00
discount 12,5%
price inclusive tax 105,88 ( without tax 87,50 )per article.

That in the whole article is correct, but how do i get the display before the whole display correct. I made it bold.

a lot of question, hope that somebody could help.
