Allow Cancel Order during checkout

hello,

During the checkout process, I would like to have a button to allow the customer to cancel anytime up to the payment step where it becomes a final. Of course the customer can contact the client to ask to have it cancelled via phone or email.

I've looked and perhaps missed that option somewhere??

Hi,

Up to the payment step, there is nothing to do. If the user doesn't finish the checkout, no order will be created.

However, you can add a button "continue shopping" on the checkout by entering the URL of your shop's main page in the option "Continue shopping button's URL" of the Checkout tab of the configuration.
